Your Peloton cost a lot of money. It takes up real space in your home. And when something goes wrong — or when nobody touches it for maintenance and it quietly starts degrading — you deserve better than a chatbot and a 3-week wait.

That's what PCMP is here for. We're the Peloton Concierge Maintenance Program — a network of 9 PCMP technicians who have personally serviced tens of thousands of Peloton machines across 18 states. We're not a call center. We're not affiliated with Peloton. We're field technician-owned, which means the person showing up at your door actually knows what they're doing — and has skin in the game.

Here's every service we offer, explained plainly.

Preventive maintenance

The most important thing you can do for your equipment — before anything breaks.

"Most Peloton issues don't happen suddenly. They build quietly — a belt that's slightly off, a bolt that's working loose, a calibration that drifts over time. By the time you notice something is wrong, the damage is already done."

Our preventive maintenance visit is a head-to-toe inspection and tune-up. Every component your machine depends on gets checked:

Hardware integrity check

Every bolt, nut, and screw — screen, handlebars, seat, stabilizers, foot pads — inspected and torqued to spec. Things work loose overtime. We find them before you do.

Belt adjustment and alignment

A belt that's off even slightly affects your power transfer and ride feel. We inspect, tension, and align it properly.

Resistance and sensor check

If your resistance isn't accurate, your workout data isn't either. We verify the sensor and resistance system are functioning correctly.

Crank, pedal, and bottom bracket

Loose crank arms are one of the most common causes of clicking and instability. We inspect and torque everything to prevent it.

Calibration

We calibrate your machine so the resistance numbers onscreen match reality. Critical if you train by output or follow structured programs.

Touchscreen optimization

We clear bloat data from touchscreen memory to restore responsiveness. A sluggish screen is usually a software issue, not a hardware one.

Pricing: The PCMP Annual Membership is $169/year —same technician, same standard, every visit. One-time service is available at the same rate.

Repair service

Something broke. We fix it —same day, on-site, no shipping your machine anywhere.

We diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and display issues across all Peloton models — Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, and Row —including the newer Cross Training Series (CT) equipment.

 Common repairs we handle:

  • Clicking, grinding, or unusual noise: Usually mechanical — loose hardware, worn bearings, misaligned components. We find the source and fix it.
  • Resistance issues: No resistance, stuck resistance, or resistance that won't adjust —we diagnose whether it's the sensor, the magnet, or the system.
  • Screen and display problems: Cracked screens, unresponsive touch, software glitches, black screens — we repair or replace as needed.
  • Belt and drive system: Slipping belts, worn drive belts, tread belt issues —diagnosed and resolved on-site.
  • Electrical and wiring: Power issues, sensor failures, connectivity problems — our technicians handle the full electrical system.
  • Pedal and crank: Stripped pedal threads, loose crank arms, broken pedals —repaired or replaced.

Pricing: Repair service starts at $169 for the first item. Additional equipment serviced in the same visit is $85 each.

New equipment assembly

You bought it. We'll set it up right.

Peloton now sells through Amazon and Dick's Sporting Goods —which means delivery crews who aren't trained on the equipment are doing the assembly. We'll assemble it properly, make sure you're connected to the Peloton platform, and answer every question you have before we leave.

Pricing: $169. Worth it to know it was done correctly from day one.

Moving — disassembly and reassembly

Peloton stopped doing this. We didn't.

Peloton no longer coordinates disassembly or reassembly for moves. Our technicians handle both ends — taking your equipment down safely before the move and setting it back up correctly at the new location.

Pricing: $338 flat ($169 per visit). We work with your moving timeline.

Phone and video consultation

Not every problem needs an in-home visit.

Some issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely with the right guidance. If you're not sure whether you need a technician on-site, a consultation is the fastest way to find out - and often the fastest way to fixit.

Pricing: $85 flat. You get a PCMP technician who actually knows the equipment, not a script reader.
